Residential Renderings

If you sell homes for a living, you know the power a piece of artwork can have in connecting potential buyers to an emotion for the home. Photographs can sometimes reveal too much about a building or even diminish its particular charm. In a watercolor or pencil sketch, on the other hand, the artist can emphasize and elaborate on the building’s most appealing features. A lot of the time buildings just look better when depicted in art.

Art evokes fantasy and emotion. Two proven tools of better sales.

As an Architectural Designer at Dreamhouse Architects in Willow Springs, Illinois, I was part of team designing dozens of homes customized to client needs and preferences. To help customers visualize their future homes, I produced color renderings. They make great gifts for the eventual owner as well.
